Thank God I start to read reviews before order anything. Bad reviews so I m not gonna order thank you every body for saving my money.

I would give them zero stars if I could…

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. No way to call customer service, it's infuriating! The gloves were garbage and velcro facing the wrong direction but I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THEM which is bull****. This day and age you can't include a return label and offer free shipping on returns?? I would NEVER buy anything from title boxing again.

Sent me wrong item

Sent me wrong item, said they would send correct once I return item, I did and not a reply back after multiple emails. If they send you a wrong item they’re not going to send you correct item just a refund. Had I known I would have had them come pick up the item themselves liars

Questionable Business Practices- Title Boxing.com

I ordered a speed bag set from them. No shipping info came and then they said oh it should be shipped soon. They did something similar around the holidays on a specialty speed bag, but I thought that was just a one time thing. So when contacting them to cancel the order because I have not received it or any shipping info, they were refusing.The rep was also quoting that they have a good rating with the better business bureau. They are not even a member of the better business bureau. Says right under the company on the BBB site. They may rank non members, but the point of the matter is that rating sometimes does not matter on non members because people usually only complain about companies that are members of the bureau which this company is not. So the rating is irrelevant. I stated to them they did not fulfill the order, did not ship within a timeframe and they need to cancel the order. The customer service person was trying to play hardball with me and not being the least bit helpful. It seems that they may not have items in stock and possibly offering excuses to account for serious delays in shipment. So I stated to them that I can dispute the order with my credit card company. They stated you can't do that because you purchased it. The customer service person was trying to play hardball thinking I did not know the consumer laws. What they are unaware of, and several people don't know, is that you absolutely can dispute a credit charge even if you okayed it because of lack of delivery, fulfilling the terms of the purchase or even shady business practices.This company, in my humble opinion, has very questionable business practices. I would not order from them under any circumstances and if you do have an issue, if you paid with a credit card or pay pal which has methods for disputing the purchase, this can protect you from any shady business practices you may encounter.

I ordered multiple items a few days ago. Today I get an alert that sitewide there is an additional discount and free shipping. I get on chat with them to get the discount on my items that have yet to arrive and was explained that its not going to happen...guess what else isn't going to happen... you earning me as a repeat costumer.

Good service, dont think wrong if you red bad comments

I finally got my double end bag, that i ordered on their website, and i found ot something was wrong when i wanted to pump air in it, the bladder was cut up, i told them, and they send 2 new free bladders to me! What a good service, thank you!!

Horrible just received my lightning…

Horrible just received my lightning fast speed bag and it was defective. I returned and cost me $16.00 and they refuse to pay for return shipping. If i wait 2 weeks for a product and it comes defective, i’m sorry I do not want another new defective item, I want my money back. Horrible company will not recommend go buy item off Amazon if u must have at least u can return defective items for no charge!!!

I've paid just short or 500 pounds for a reflex ball ajd delivery and over a month later it hasn't been sent everytime I go to the site it tells me it's still pending yet they cannot tell me when it will be sent and told me I cannot get a refund when I asked for one i recommend people not to buy from this company

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Customer service is utterly useless. It's a shame because I really like some of their products. I've been waiting almost three weeks for a return to process (since delivery to their warehouse), contacted customer service multiple times to ask if they could just verify receiving my package.However apparently their online agents have NO WAY AT ALL to contact their warehouse, or so I'm told. So the best response I received multiple times is "maybe it'll process this week, if not maybe try back next week." Mind you this is a package with a few hundred dollars worth of gloves. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for a while, but this is the final straw for me. If my return is not processed by the end of the week I will be reporting their charges as fraud, as well as filing a report with the BBB.
Final lesson learned- NEVER ORDER FROM A COMPANY WITHOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER!!!

Title Stands For To Ignorant To Love Easily

Took forever fir my stuff to get here then when it dud, speed bag hook was missing. My workout delayed over a dollar hook? Could have been prevented. I bought my own from Home depot. This company leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
